Bullet Racing Team announced today that driver, Taylor Fletcher, will participate in the "Motor Trend Thunder Road Races" held this year on September 18 - 20. The Pro-Formula Mazda class has been a recent addition to the enormously successful Tustin Road Race event. Crew chief Gary Funkhouser was quoted as saying, "We are excited to be running at an event that is held close to our team facilities in Southern California. It's also great to be a part of the very successful Tustin event that has been held the past two years."

The site where the Tustin Road Race is held in the same location where the third automobile race was held after WWII. This is also the same place where F1 champion

Phil Hill used to race. Last year the event drew over 60,000 spectators, and it is expected that even more will be in attendance this year. The team will also be attending media day on Thursday, September 17, as well as the practice sessions on Thursday and Friday. Races will be held on Saturday and Sunday.

Bullet Racing Team, Car No. 27, participates in the Pro-Formula Mazda Series which runs from February through November and includes a 15-race schedule in California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Arizona, and Nevada.

Taylor Fletcher is the team owner and driver. A local entrepreneur, he serves as CEO of Global Telemanagement, Inc., a San Juan Capistrano, California, software company, and also as a Director of Prolux Corporation, which manufactures and designs LCD projectors and giant screen televisions. Bullet Racing Team promotes the children's charities of Olive Crest Homes and Services for Abused Children through its racing program.
